Are your practice questions up to date?

Yes! Our questions are up to date and are regularly reviewed and updated by a team of subject matter experts to ensure that they align with the latest NREMT exam content outlines and standards. We are committed to providing you with the most accurate and relevant practice questions to help you prepare for your exam and achieve success.

How many times can I take the practice questions?

There is no limit to the number of times you can take our practice questions. You are free to take them as often as you like, as long as your subscription remains active.

I found an error or something unclear about a question, what should I do?

We really appreciate your effort and attention to detail. At CleverOrcaEMT, our content goes through a meticulous quality process consisting of multiple rounds of review by different EMT experts and faculty members. However, if you come across any questions that you believe contain errors or lack clarity, we encourage you to reach out to our dedicated support team at support@cleverorcaemt.com and we will address any concerns you may have and provide the necessary assistance.

Purchase and refunds

Can I share my account with my friends?

Sharing account is strictly prohibited according to our policy. We have monitoring systems in place to detect any instances of shared accounts. If it is found that an account has been shared, we reserve the right to suspend the account.

What steps should I take if I face technical problems while trying to make a purchase?

If you face any difficulties during the purchase process, we recommend first verifying that the credit card information you entered is correct and ensuring that your bank is not declining the transaction. If you continue to experience problems, please take a screenshot of the error message and send it to us via email at support@cleverorcaemt.com. Our team will be glad to assist you further and resolve any technical issues you may be encountering.

What if I fail?

If you don't pass the NREMT we'll refund your money. Here's how to qualify:
  • All practice questions must have been 100% completed before your exam date.
  • A copy of your failing score for the NREMT along with a written request must be emailed to us within 30 days of receiving the exam results.
  • Refund will be administered to the credit card used for payment.
  • Processing fees are non refundable.
